Oceanside, seaside dreams

But high desert sounds like pleasure,
Beats the cold and snowy weather

Her dream house, painted purple
In an old town in the mountains
Tie-dye cowboys, hippie lawyers
Biker gangs and tattoo parlors.

Caroline, she counts the days
Til she can count the Bisbee steps.
She sees the top, she’s out of breath,

Thoughts of gardening and raising chickens
